In Battlefield 1, the campaign followed several protagonist at different stages and in different theatres of the war, and each of them got a couple of short, self-contained missions. In that, the War Stories structure is returning. Battlefield V is out worldwide November 20. To start with, and as earlier reports have suggested, Battlefield 5s story campaign will follow in the footsteps of Battlefield 1s. Tiralleur is the third single-player War Story, and will follow the Senegalese units of the French Colonial Forces, while the last mission (available in December) is called The Last Tiger and will make us join the crew of a Tiger I as they question why they fight. There’s another mission where we will have to sabotage behind enemy lines as an unlikely English soldier. The missions take place in locations such as Nordlys, where the player will have to resist German occupation in Norway. Sure, they were fairly well-received in 2016, but I thought they were too short to convey any sort of real emotion or have any meaningful impact on the player, and instead they fell into stereotypical buckets like tank level, airplane level, etc. Those will make us familiarize with several scenarios, weapons and vehicles in the game. I’ll be honest: I didn’t care for Battlefield 1’s single-player vignettes dubbed War Stories.
Instead, it will include four different missions that bring us to different locations and characters. Those who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of the game.

Like all previous Battlefield games the new Battlefield V also comes with a single-player mode which prepares players for the fight, though not quite much had been shown for Battlefield V single-player mode, but EA and DICE have finally released the first trailer that allows us to take a sneak peak at the promising “War Stories” missions.
